The system can be captured in a variety of ways, which can be designed according to the requirements of the site process. It mainly adopts movable inspiratory arm, top suction hood, absorbent cover and welding table. The multi-station system solution is compatible with our various ventilator, control equipment and dust collector. Dust is produced at different level and working condition, and need to be confirmed to enhance the collection process. 2.Study of present condition
We need confirm how many working station, and the size , how to collect each station dust? What is each working station air volume need. 3.Design of central dust collection system
According to the working condition, and the fume type, we can design the central dust collection system, like the tube design, the filter material, the air volume or optional parts need. Part 3: WLC series welding dust collector feature(1)End cap filter cartridge with PTFE(polytetrafluoroethylene) layer, high effciency, and easy to replace.
